When ADSP is sampled low, the chip selects are sampled active, and the output buffer is enabled with OE. the data of cell array accessed by the current address are projected to the output pins.
  The onboard RISC processor enables the ACV33012 to handle complete I/O transactions with no intervention from the host. The ACV33012 RISC processor controls the chip interfaces; executes simultaneous, multiple input/output control blocks (IOCB); and maintains the required thread information for each transfer.
