Notes: 1. Pins B3 and A2 have identical capacitance as pins B7 and A8. 2. For a read, when enabled, strobe pair RDQS & RDQS are identical in function and timing to strobe pair DQS   & DQS and input masking function is disabled. 3. The function of DM or RDQS/RDQS are enabled by EMRS command. 4. VDDL and VSSDL are power and ground for the DLL.
  The IQK9-0009L74IQK9-0009 is identical in pinout to the LIQK9-0009/ALIQK9-0009534. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOIQK9-0009 outputs; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LIQK9-0009/ALIQK9-0009TTL outputs.   Data meeting the setup time is clocked, in inverted form, to the outputs with the rising edge of the Clock. The Output Enable input does not affect the states of the flip-flops, but when Output Enable is high, the outputs are forced to the high impedance state. The Hynix IQK9-0009 Series are 8Mx64bits Synchronous DRAM Modules. The modules are composed of four 8Mx16bits CMOS Synchronous DRAMs in 400mil 54pin TSOP-II package, one 2Kbit EEPROM in 8pin TSSOP package on a 144pin glass-epoxy printed circuit board. Two 0.33uF and one 0.1uF decoupling capacitors per each SDRAM are mounted on the PCB.
